OSHA 10 & 30 Video Conference based Class Requirements

Classes offered in English or Spanish

OSHA 10 AND OSHA 30 offered in person or via preauthorized videoconference

Classes are offered in either English or Spanish in a variety of formats to suit your scheduling needs, minimum class sizes apply.

Sample options:  OSHA 10 training as follows: 

2 x Regular sessions 1 x 8 hour & 1 x 4 hour sessions on 2 consecutive days (Mandato

OSHA 10 AND OSHA 30 offered in person or via preauthorized videoconference

5 x 2 hour sessions on 5 Consecutive Mondays or Fridays (this is a 5 week course attended once per week for 2 hours)

5 x 2 hour sessions on 5 consecutive days (1 week course)

All OSHA Courses must be completed within 6 months of the start date (unfortunately there are no exceptions to this OSHA rule).

Advance registration of the class with OSHA is required.  All regular OSHA requirements for breaks, content, etc. are followed.  

This program utilizes OSHA standardized PowerPoint presentations with supplemental videos and whiteboard presentation tools

Students will receive copies of the presentations in advance for notes, and to keep for reference. 

Students must have a device with a camera where they can be seen and recorded as present for the duration of the class.  We encourage companies to provide classroom type settings but this is not necessary.

Students may ask questions, take notes, chat with other students, etc. all on the recording.  

----

Class opens 10 min before the scheduled start and runs for 30 minutes after for questions, comments, etc.

Our instructors all come from the trades and from both Union and Non-Union shops.  We have specific experience in commercial and residential building construction including in sitework and paving, concrete and unit masonry, light gauge steel fram

Our instructors all come from the trades and from both Union and Non-Union shops.  We have specific experience in commercial and residential building construction including in sitework and paving, concrete and unit masonry, light gauge steel framing and interior construction, flooring, roofing and waterproofing.  

RST training utilizes both OSHA standardized PowerPoint presentations and customized information for specific examples in your trade and relative to your work.

Our instructors specialize in fire prevention, fall prevention and fallen worker rescue, electrical tool and equipment safety and more!

Training is available at the introductory, authorized user and competent person levels and all RST programs are specifically tailored for the needs of your company.
